He also gave advice to the students studying in the dormitory: they should pay attention to the safety of water and electricity in the dormitory and ensure their own safety at all times; fire and theft prevention measures should be kept in mind.

 Li Anqing demanded that campus safety is no small matter, one should not relax to grasp the practical grasp of the security measures, the implementation of security responsibilities, clear division of tasks, good emergency preparedness and exercises to ensure the safety of students and teachers life and property.
