Fire Emergency Evacuation Predetermined Plan of International Student's Apartment

According to "Provisions on the Administration of Fire Control Safety of State Organs, Organizations, Enterprises and Institutions", we formulate the preparedness in terms of the characteristics of student's apartments in order to make the fire control safety work better and improve the ability of fire prevention, fire resistance and escaping quickly in the fire.predetermined plan

1. Responsibilities of Personnel at All Levels

 (1) Find Fire(Responsibility for students) Finding fires in student's apartment, students in the dormitor fire should inform front desk attendant and cut off the power supply of dormitory fire. If the fire is faint, students should use fire extinguishers in the corridor and fire hoses immediately to control fire in time. At the same time,fighting and shouting to inform the students in the building. Class cadre and personnel have the duty  to organize evacuation quickly and ordetly by the security channel.

 (2) Duties of Attendants in International Student's Apartment

 The attendant should quickly cut off the power of the dormitory fire and immediately inform the relevant responsible person of the school and the security department about the location of the fire. The attendant should also open the dormitory door of all evacuations, keeping the evacuation channel. At the same time,organizing students use the fire extinguisher and fire hoses for fire fighting.

 (3) Duties of the Relevant Responsible Person of the School of international Education

After receiving the alarm,the relevant responsible person of the school should immediately report to the head of the school, and led the members of the disaster prevention and safety team to make fire fighting by use of fire fighting facilities and equipments. At the same time, organizing foreign student's leaders lead students to evacuate in a safe and orderly way and to maintain order on the spot so as to prevent the students from being flurried.

2 、Predetermined Plan

 (1) If fire situation is serious, the School of International Education or the personnel of Security Department should immediately call the fire 119 , and report to the School and leaders of Security Department and university. At the same time, personnel who conduct fire control continue to use fire fighting equipment to make fire fighting.

 (2) The agency leaders should promptly notify the relevant personnel and relevant units responsible person, arrange for the timely evacuation of the obstacles on the road to protect the traffic lanes of fire engines, and arrange at the door and junctions for the fire engines lead the way.

 (3) The staff on duty in the dormitory should promptly notify the international students, and organize the students to evacuate from the safe exit to the emergency assembly point (the school playground) quickly and orderly.

 (4）After the fire truck arrived, full-time firefighters should promptly and accurately guide the fire fighters to find the nearest water source, and introduce the current basic fire, detailed to the fire brigade to introduce the fire inside and outside the dormitory, the structure and the number of international students, and cooperate with the public security Fire department for fire detection and fire fighting.
