On January 17, the Opening Ceremony of Short-term Training Programs for Students from Shinhan University was held in 104 classrooms at the Tianwaicun campus. Professor Liu Guangzhe—Dean of School of International Education from Shinhan, Professor Jin Shunyu from College of Nursing, Professor Shen Genghuan-director of the office of School of International Education, Professor Sun Baoliang and Vice dean Zhao Xiuxia from School of International Educationof Taishan Medical University and teachers were invited to attend the opening ceremony, and Li Xianlan presided over the ceremony.

On the commencement ceremony, President Sun Baoliang extends to the teachers who leads the team and students who participates in the short-term project a warm welcome, introduces the general situation School of International Education of Taishan Medical University to the guests, and wishes them a happy time in Taishan Medical University. Then, Professor Liu Guangzhe delivers a speech on behalf of the South Korean delegation team, and thank for such a grand opening ceremony. He believes that through the short-term training program, students will learn more about the Taishan Medical University, Chinese culture, and has a profound influence on their occupation career, and wishes the short-term project a success. The teacher representative Chen Ningning and student representative all deliver a speech.

The short-term training program of Shinhan University is a two-week program held training center of School of International Education. It will include training of Chinese, China situation, traditional Wushu, Taiji, Qigong, visit of Affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical University and practice, folk village cultural experience, and fellowship activities of Nursing College, visit to Taishan and Qufu. Shinhan University and School of Nursing in Taishan Medical University will sign cooperation agreement, and carry out exchanges and cooperation in wider areas through this opportunity.
