Notice for Application of Supplementary Exams

For students（except 2011 and 2012 Autumn）who have failed subjects, please submit your application forms from September 12 to September 13 (Until 17:00 0’clock in the afternoon). Please note that no late submission will be accepted, so take your time and submit those forms within the prescribed time.

Note that application forms should be submitted to monitor first and monitor of each section brings all the forms to teaching office.
